After a long search for the right blocks of land and some serious discussions, we have finally secured all of the land owners to agree to an option agreement allowing us six months to start working on the pre application to build.
Many of you reading this will understand the amount of work, phone calls, negotiation, people skills, research, driving around and information giving that goes into securing land for reuse.
Why do this? ….. granted it is not the easiest option but the satisfaction of seeing unused land reimagined really does put a spring in your step and motivate you to get out there and find your next site.
